Underglow in Alaska
Alaska does not name underglow, but its lighting rule reaches it: no red light visible from the front, no flashing or rotating light, and no color beyond those the chapter allows.

What the law says
13 AAC 04.145 provides that no person may drive a vehicle displaying a red light visible from directly in front of the centre of the vehicle, a flashing or rotating light, or an alternately flashing light, and that no vehicle may be operated "with any color of light illuminated other than colors specified in this chapter." Rear-facing devices must show red; the plate lamp and back-up lamps must be white. Where front lamps exceed 300 candlepower, no more than four may be lit with traffic approaching. Read together these permit restrained white or amber accent lighting and rule out colored or flashing underglow in motion.
